Rent
vacant units quickly with the most qualified tenants.
Conduct
a market rent survey for the area of a vacant Property to price the
rent
accordingly.
Collect
rents promptly and forward excess cash to Owner in a timely manner
monthly.
Pay
all expenses associated with the Property as designated by the Owner.
Provide
Owner with a concise computer generated monthly accounting of all
income/expense.
Handle
all paperwork associated with rent-up including rental agreements and
disclosures.
Coordinate
tenant move-ins and move-outs including all required paperwork.
Supervise
all maintenance and repairs by qualified, reputable contractors.
Option
to use our in-house contractors who are qualified in many aspects of the
business.
In-house
maintenance is on-call 24 hours a day for emergency situations.
Assure
strict tenant compliance with all lease provisions though-out term of
agreement.
Visually
inspect your Property periodically to make sure all is in good order.
Deliver
late notices to tenants after the 5th of each month if it is
necessary.
Carefully
screen each tenant for credit history, criminal convictions, income and
references.
Annually
inspect each Property thoroughly to insure your investment is being
maintained.
